JGA Recruitment are supporting a global SaaS organization in their search for a Payroll Implementation Consultant.

As the Payroll Implementation Consultant you'll be responsible for requirement gathering, delivering training and client management across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HR and payroll implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and create supporting learning content.
• Educate clients on best practices in HR and payroll processing.
• Respond promptly to client queries and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across project and business management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, HR, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Product) to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Continuously review and improve delivery processes to enhance the client experience.
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to colleagues as needed.

Experience

• 3–5 years of client-facing training or implementation experience in HR or payroll.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, both internal and external.
• Highly organised, dependable, and skilled at time management.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience creating training materials and user documentation is highly desirable.
