Workday Implementation Consultant (Core HCM) – Contract Opportunity

Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days on-site)

Rate: Competitive Daily Rate | Outside IR35

Contract: 2-3 months

We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementation Consultant with deep expertise in the Core HCM module to support a high-profile programme of work. This is a hybrid role, offering the chance to be part of a dynamic team while maintaining flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Core HCM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the system.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Core HCM functionality and best practices.
• Support testing, data migration, and change management activities.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in Workday Core HCM implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on configuration expertise within Workday.
• Previous experience working on large-scale, complex programmes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
