This Implementation Consultant opportunity offers ownership of practical client delivery, combining your capital markets knowledge with technical problem-solving in a collaborative team within a profitable business that is actively growing and expanding.

You must have capital markets experience in at least one of the following areas: securities lending, repo or corporate actions. Repo experience is especially sought after. Experience in income claims processing or voluntary corporate actions would be particularly valuable, and SFTR knowledge or reporting experience is highly desirable.

THE ROLE :

Based in London, you will deliver client onboarding and the functional aspects of technical implementations across a suite of financial technology products, taking responsibility for configuration, data mapping, integration testing and resolving delivery issues.

You will sit within the delivery team, reporting into the Senior Delivery & Onboarding Manager with ownership of the practical implementation work. The position offers scope to apply your existing product knowledge and broaden your exposure across securities finance technology and a range of automation products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver client implementations, configuring services, accounts and relationship mappings to meet onboarding requirements.
• Analyse inbound data files, map fields, identify gaps and resolve data quality or configuration issues.
• Design and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and track defects through to resolution.
• Support connectivity and integration testing, working with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineers on mapping rules, development requirements and testing of bespoke solutions.
• Maintain clear implementation documentation and test evidence, flag risks early and contribute to improvements in delivery processes and tools.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Essential capital markets experience in one or more of: securities lending, repo, corporate actions or pertinent legislation e.g. SFTR
• Experience in functional implementation, client onboarding, technical delivery or data analysis, with the ability to take ownership of practical delivery tasks.
• Strong data analysis, file analysis and data mapping skills, with confidence investigating structured data and resolving discrepancies.
• Practical understanding of connectivity methods such as SFTP and messaging / message queues (MQ).
• A methodical approach to testing and documentation, clear communication skills and the ability to work independently while recognising when specialist input is needed.

Highly desirable:

• Repo (Repurchase Agreement)
• Experience and knowledge of the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR).

Desirable:

• Experience of income claims or voluntary corporate actions.
