This is a hands-on, varied role working with both 3 and 5 axis machines, involving full-cycle responsibility: programming, setting, and operating. The ideal candidate will have CAD/CAM programming experience. We are a well-established engineering company with a strong reputation for quality and precision. What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller (3 & 5 axis)
• Confident in programming through CAD/CAM
• Able to set and operate CNC milling machines independently
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• A proactive, detail-focused approach to work
• Team player with good communication skills
