Our client is a global legal technology business operating one of the most established cloud-based law firm management platforms in the market. In the UK they are outpacing the sector and their trajectory shows no sign of slowing. Their platform is trusted by midsize and larger law firms to connect, organise and automate everything from matter and document management to billing, accounting and client communications.
Due to the growth trajectory they're on, they're looking for an Account Executive, a strong new logo hunter, to join the team in London to help drive new revenue. The role calls for a consultative approach. Their customers have genuine, complex pain points and they need a partner who will listen, understand and demonstrate real value - not someone who wins business through pressure and volume. What you will do:
This is a full 360 sales role. You will be responsible for growing the UK customer base: identifying the right firms, building trusted relationships at all levels and guiding prospects through a considered sales process that leads to long-term partnerships. This includes outbound prospecting, managing a pipeline, delivering compelling demonstrations and meeting ambitious but realistic targets.
You will develop deep knowledge of the platform, becoming the kind of expert a prospective client genuinely wants to speak with and use Salesforce CRM to track and manage your activity.
Who you are:
Specific experience is required for this role, including:
- 5+ years in SaaS legal tech sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrable experience of running multi stakeholder sales processes
- A strong working knowledge of the legal sector - practice management software experience is a huge plus
- Demonstrable experience selling into law firms at senior and operational levels
- Strong ability to assess customer needs and build trusted relationships at all levels
- Strong technical aptitude with the desire to become deeply fluent in the product
- Ability to research, identify, qualify, progress and close opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High energy, positive attitude and strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be based in the UK*, ideally in London or the South East
