I am working on a new and exciting opportunity to join my client's Technology, Commercial & Data team in London.

This is a standout opportunity for a 2–6 PQE Commercial TMT lawyer looking to work at the forefront of complex, high-value and often cross-border technology transactions.

The team advises across strategic technology and outsourcing transactions, large-scale digital transformation projects, FinTech and financial services technology, high-growth and mature technology businesses and investors (VC, PE and corporates) and enterprise customers procuring or investing in technology.

Sector focus includes Technology, Financial Services (including Fintech), Retail, Leisure and Sport and Entertainment.
