Elite US Firm - US Corporate Associate - 2-6 PQE - London

Job Description

A leading US-headquartered firm is looking to grow its London corporate team with the addition of a US-qualified associate. The practice is focused on advising high-growth technology and life sciences companies, bringing a distinctly Silicon Valley approach to clients across the UK and Europe.

US qualification is essential. You will be admitted to a US State Bar and have a strong grounding in M&A and other strategic transactions, with experience running key aspects of deals and drafting principal transaction documents.

The work is consistently high quality and sector-driven. You will be advising innovative, venture-backed and scaling businesses - as well as their investors - on cross-border M&A, financings and exits. Much of the work involves companies at the cutting edge of technology, offering exposure to fast-evolving industries and sophisticated transactional matters.

The London team is lean and growing, offering early responsibility, direct client access and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in building out the practice. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced and entrepreneurial in feel.

Candidates should have:

  • Admission to a US State Bar and a JD qualification;
  • 2-6 years' experience, with a clear focus on M&A or strategic transactions;
  • Strong drafting skills and experience managing transaction processes;
  • A commercial, solutions-oriented mindset and interest in the tech ecosystem; and
  • The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-focused team; and
  • A willingness to contribute to the development of the practice and support junior lawyers.

This is a compelling opportunity for a US-qualified lawyer looking to work on premium cross-border deals for high-growth, tech-driven clients within a genuinely international platform.
