Implementation Consultant London
A global, leading provider of legal technology solutions is looking to hire an implementation consultant in their London office. The main purpose of this role is to lead successful implementations, deliver high levels of service and build lasting relationships with clients
Main Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on best practice throughout implementation projects.
- Understanding APIs and how systems integrate, ensuring smooth data flows.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Providing training and ensuring a smooth go live.
- Acting as subject matter expert and serving as the main business consultant.
- Triaging issues, performing SQL queries and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining product and sector knowledge
- Resolving queries and assisting with configuration and design.
Main experience and skills required:
- Experience of finance systems and processes.
- A strong understanding of law firm processes.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Financial software implementation projects.
- The ability to discuss technical topics and translate requirements into specifications.
