A high‐growth fintech in the pensions space is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its expanding platform‐as‐a‐service (PaaS) offering. You’ll join a growing in‐house team, taking ownership of day‐to‐day commercial and procurement contracts and working closely with senior stakeholders.

The Role:

Working within a well-structured, experienced team, you will:

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier (IT and non‐IT) and technology agreements.
• Support on PaaS contracts with platform clients and help embed scalable contracting approaches.
• Provide business‐focused legal advice in a fast‐paced, growth environment and support legal operations, templates and playbooks.
• Deliver practical legal training and act as a go‐to adviser for commercial contracting issues.

The Person:

You’ll have 3–5 PQE in commercial contracts (private practice and/or in‐house) and a pragmatic, proactive mindset with an interest in fintech. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the London office, a short walk from Marble Arch.
