SEO Specialist
We’re looking for a talented and data-driven SEO Specialist to join a fast-paced and collaborative international team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about technical SEO and content creation to make a significant impact on digital performance and online visibility across multiple brands.
You’ll take ownership of developing and executing SEO strategies, crafting optimised content, and driving organic growth through continuous performance analysis and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings across major search engines

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and improve site visibility

Write engaging, high-quality, SEO-optimised content for blogs, landing pages, and websites

Perform regular website audits to enhance structure, content, and user experience

Monitor key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
-
Produce detailed performance reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations
-
Act as the main point of contact for external SEO agency teams, offering guidance and feedback

Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and business objectives

Stay ahead of SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices
Key Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in an SEO-focused role (e.g. SEO Specialist, Digital Copywriter, Digital Marketing Executive)

Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimisation

Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and engagement

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly

Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (e.g. Umbraco or similar)

Experience working with or managing SEO agencies

Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong time management and communication skills
