A fast-scaling, market-leading technology business is looking to appoint a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its CEO and COO and wider senior leadership team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic, high-performance organisation. You will act as a true right hand to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. This role goes beyond traditional diary management, requiring strong coordination, project oversight and the ability to bring clarity and organisation across multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the CEO, COO and senior leadership team, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
  • Oversee complex diary management, balancing shifting priorities and competing demands.
  • Prepare senior stakeholders for meetings, ensuring they are fully briefed and organised.
  • Own the coordination of leadership meetings, ensuring smooth planning, execution and follow-up.
  • Manage agendas, capture key actions, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of organisation across senior leadership activity.
  • Support delivery of key business initiatives by tracking progress, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment and timely execution across projects.
  • Provide regular updates and visibility on priorities and progress.
  • Coordinate internal events, offsites and leadership sessions.
  • Support delivery of external-facing events in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Draft, review and manage communications on behalf of senior stakeholders where required.
  • Maintain clear, organised documentation across key business activities.
  • Manage expenses, invoices and administrative processes efficiently.
  • Provide ad hoc support to ensure the smooth running of the wider business function.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams within a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging at all levels.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using collaboration tools and quickly adapting to new systems.
  • Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure.
