Our client is an award-winning B2B marketing agency working with global technology and enterprise brands. They help ambitious businesses create commercial impact through insight-led creativity, data-driven media, and precision activation.

They are now hiring a Head of Digital & Media Activation to lead their digital media capability, elevate how they activate campaigns, and shape the future of our ABM and media offering.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role at the heart of our three year growth ambitions.

What You’ll Do

Lead Campaign Activation & Strategy

  • Build and direct digital media and activation strategies across complex B2B buying journeys.
  • Oversee campaigns from planning to activation, optimisation, and measurement.
  • Ensure best-in-class use of digital channels, ABM platforms, and emerging media.

Own Client Projects

  • Take over arching team responsibility for activation-focused client programmes.
  • Present strategies and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Report and optimise campaigns against clearly defined KPIs.

Deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Oversee the running of ABM programmes across 1:Many, 1:Few and 1:1 models.
  • Use platforms including 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora, and GWI to drive targeting, insight, and measurement.
  • Translate intent data into actionable activation and media decisions.

Shape Go-To-Market Plans

  • Develop customer-facing activation plans across the campaign lifecycle.
  • Partner with Planning, Strategy, and Creative teams to deliver integrated client programmes.
  • Leverage innovative approaches including generative AI and emerging ad-tech.

Be the Senior Media Voice

  • Build impactful media recommendations grounded in market, customer, and competitor insight.
  • Champion experimentation and continuous improvement across media and activation.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the digital and activation team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Senior-level experience in B2B digital media, demand generation, and activation .
  • Proven ability to run integrated digital, paid media, and ABM campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora, GWI , and intent-based targeting.
  • Expertise across programmatic, paid social (especially LinkedIn), search, and multichannel activation.
  • Outstanding client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate insight into strategy and strategy into high-performance activation.

In return for your leadership skills and knowledge within this space our client offers a very competitive salary banding ranging between £90-120k (depending on experience), plus benefits.
