Job Title: Executive Director , Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy

We’re hiring a Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead one of the most ambitious banking transformation programs in the market.

This is a CIO-facing role for someone who has already operated at scale—driving enterprise-wide modernization, influencing $100M–$1B+ investments, and leading global architecture teams.

The role:

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy & target architecture

Lead large-scale transformation across:

• Core banking
• Payments & transaction banking
• Data & AI platforms
• Cloud & platform modernization
• Build and lead a high-impact global architecture function (50–100+ FTEs)
• Drive platform simplification & legacy decommissioning at scale
• Partner directly with CIO, CTO, and business leadership
• Has 20+ years in technology, with deep enterprise architecture leadership
• Has led multi-country transformation programs in banking / financial services
• Has influenced large investment portfolios
• Has built and scaled architecture teams across global organizations

• API-led / event-driven systems
