The Role

You will provide first and second-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across the organization. The role also involves maintaining IT equipment, assisting with projects, delivering user support and training, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. You’ll work closely with the IT team, gaining exposure to a wide range of systems and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed Level 3 IT apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Proficient with Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure systems are operating efficiently
• Assist with IT projects, system installations, and events
• Deliver user training and create documentation where needed
• Escalate complex issues and suggest improvements to IT services
