Job Description
JobPurposePayrollPractitionerToprovidepayrollprojectsupportwithintheimplementationofanewSAPSuccessFactorspayrollsystem.KeytaskswillincludeUAT,parallelrunsupportandsupportintrainingandguidancecreation.ToassisttheSeniorPractitionersandPayrollManagerinmanagingthepayrollteamsservice.KeyResponsibilitiesPayrollPractitionerSupportthepayrollworkstreamintheBMSreplacementprogramme,implementingtheSAPSuccessFactorsacrosstheHRandPayrolllandscape.AssistingtheSeniorPractitionersinPayrollinthesupervisionandeffectivemanagementofPayrollservices.ThisincludesprovidingfirstlineguidanceandsupporttoPayrollAssistantsLevel1and2alongwiththeidentificationoftrainingneeds.Assistinginthefuturesystemroll-out,includingthesupportofchangemanagementactivities.Toassistintheprovisionofdocumentationandimplementationofnewguidance,policiesandprocedurestocomplywithCouncilpoliciesrelatingtotheSAPsystem.WorkcollaborativelywithcolleaguesintheBSCCompetencyCentre,ICT,FinanceandtheBSCprovidingcrossfunctionalsupporttomeetthechangesindemandandinidentifyingsystemandprocessimprovements.Providinganintegratedapproachacrossthesolutions.KeyAccountabilitiesPayrollPractitionerProvidePayrollfunctionalexpertisewithintheERPmodules(PayrollSystem)inusetoconfirmandfulfilbusinessrequirementsdefinitionaspartoftheSAPimplementationPayrollworkstream.LiaisonwiththebusinessandexternalpartnerstoensurethemostefficientandeffectiveuseoftheERPsystemisbeingmade.ExperienceandSkillsStrongpayrollexperience,ideallypreviousprojectexperience,SAPwouldbeanadvantage.Challengingandinquisitivemindsetforresolvingissues.Supportwithtrainingandguidanceforrollingoutnewsystemsandprocesses.TPBN1_UKTJ
