This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of workflow and automation capabilities for a fast-growing cloud technology platform. You will work closely with cross functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that empower customers to automate complex business processes and drive operational efficiency. This position combines strategic vision with hands on execution, requiring a deep understanding of cloud operations, SaaS products, and automation tools. You will engage directly with technical users and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping product strategy, improving customer outcomes, and advancing automation capabilities across the platform.
Accountabilities- Develop a deep understanding of business needs, customer workflows, and automation requirements.
 - Identify strategic problems to solve within workflows and automation, aligning solutions with company goals.
 - Build product roadmaps, define phased delivery plans, and establish measurable objectives.
 - Collaborate with executives, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company strategy.
 - Track and document progress, adjusting priorities based on market feedback, customer needs, and business pressures.
 - Maintain competitive awareness and continuously improve product differentiation.
 - Ensure features are production ready, delivering a seamless and high quality customer experience.
 - 5+ years of experience in product or technical roles, ideally with SaaS, cloud operations, Cloud FinOps, or automation products.
 - Proven track record in implementing AI driven features and leveraging AI to enhance product workflows.
 - Strong understanding of cloud technologies, governance, and SaaS products used by technical teams (e.g., DevOps Engineers, SREs, Software Engineers).
 - Experience designing and managing workflows, automation, and Infrastructure/Policy as Code solutions.
 - Self motivated, proactive, and capable of leading cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
 - Strong technical acumen to engage with engineers and influence design decisions.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
 - Ability to adapt to a fast changing SaaS environment and make decisions with imperfect information.
