Key Responsibilities of the Product Manager:
- Transform ambitious ideas into clear product plans, roadmaps and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, and leadership
- Guide development across multiple workstreams, aligning with long-term strategy
- Define and communicate detailed product specifications
- Support sales and go-to-market teams with insight, planning, and materials
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for the next 12–24 months
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product management (ideally in start-up or high-growth environments)
- Background as a developer or engineer — you speak the language of tech
- Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle and translate user feedback into scalable solutions
- Strong marketing and presentation skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
