Key Responsibilities of the Product Manager:

  • Transform ambitious ideas into clear product plans, roadmaps and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, and leadership
  • Guide development across multiple workstreams, aligning with long-term strategy
  • Define and communicate detailed product specifications
  • Support sales and go-to-market teams with insight, planning, and materials
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for the next 12–24 months

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management (ideally in start-up or high-growth environments)
  • Background as a developer or engineer — you speak the language of tech
  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle and translate user feedback into scalable solutions
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
