They're looking for a talented Web Developer to join their growing delivery team. What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with Consultants, Analysts, Designers and QA specialists, you'll build and deliver A/B testing, multivariate testing and personalisation experiences using their enterprise experimentation platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing website optimisation solutions using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Creating engaging A/B tests, MVT campaigns and personalised user experiences.
  • Collaborating with analysts and technical specialists to solve complex development challenges.
  • Delivering high-quality projects to demanding deadlines.
  • Working directly with clients to explain technical solutions and build trusted relationships.
  • Ensuring code is robust, well-tested and performs across modern browsers and devices.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a proactive developer who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in writing clean, reliable code.

You'll have:

  • At least 1 year's commercial web development experience.
  • Strong JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 skills.
  • A solid understanding of how the web works, including HTTP requests, cookies, AJAX and single-page applications.
  • Experience building responsive websites.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" approach.
  • The confidence to communicate technical concepts to both colleagues and clients.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience with Node.js and React.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, data layers or browser storage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello or Slack.
  • An understanding of accessibility, usability and modern web standards.
