Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $75,000 – $120,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator to own the configuration, customisation, and ongoing management of our Salesforce instance. The role keeps the system clean, the workflows working, and the users productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for sales and CS teams
- Manage user access, permissions, profiles, and roles
- Implement and maintain automation (Flow, Process Builder)
- Manage integrations with marketing automation, billing, and support tools
- Train end users and provide ongoing support
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years administering Salesforce in a high-growth environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required
- Hands-on with Flow, declarative automation, and reporting
- Familiarity with integrations (HubSpot, Outreach, Gainsight, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and change management discipline
- Comfort gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders
