Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the investigation and agreement of requirements for new or modified functionalities in key line-of-business applications
- Manage internal and external client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives
- Oversee risk management for projects and collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users, maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems configuration and processes
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
Key Objectives:
- Deliver effective Business Analysis skills to support projects aligned with the organisation's strategic business plan
- Contribute to the profitability and success of the organisation through effective implementation of business developments
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM is crucial — we seek an individual with practical experience in managing, configuring, and optimising Oracle's Human Capital Management platform to align with strategic HR and business objectives
- In-depth understanding of business systems and their operational significance
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Experience in a hybrid team environment and a background in customer service or stakeholder management
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with systems supporting HR, finance, or data management
- Experience with project management tools and data analytics
