About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales Executive to support the next phase of Joblogic’s growth in the UK Field Service Management (FSM) market.

Following recent investment, we are accelerating our go-to-market strategy and expanding our UK sales capability. This role is ideal for a proven SaaS sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing more complex sales cycles, and is looking to enhance their career with a growing, ambitious business.

You will manage a mixed pipeline of company-provided and self-generated leads, selling to mid-market organisations and engaging multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualification through to close.
  • Work a blend of inbound, outbound, and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings (remote and onsite).
  • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to maximise deal success.
  • Represent Joblogic professionally in onsite meetings and industry engagements where required.
  • Attend trade shows / networking events as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Proven SaaS sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success selling into mid-market organisations.
  • Experience managing longer, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident in self-generating pipeline alongside inbound leads.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and face-to-face.

Desirable Experience

  • Background in FSM, ERP, or operational software.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS business.
