Accounting Analyst (Remote)

About the Role:

We're hiring an Accounting Analyst to collaborate with a global leader in AI training data. You'll use your accounting expertise to evaluate, correct, and enhance AI-generated reasoning across complex accounting scenarios. Your insights will directly improve the accuracy and intelligence of next-generation AI models used by leading technology companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine complex accounting prompts and problems to test AI reasoning.
• Develop grading rubrics defining what constitutes a correct and complete answer.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and completeness.
• Write model answers and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI performance.
• Review and rank AI "chains of thought" for correctness, clarity, and methodology.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field (current enrollment acceptable).
• Deep expertise in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design graduate-level problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: Up to $10,000 /month
• Schedule: Fully flexible, work 5–10 hours per week (up to 40 hours).
• Mode: 100% Remote (global).
