- Oversee IT process improvements and strategy implementation
- Manage IT infrastructure
- Assist head of operations in payment processing - including CHAPS and BACS
- Extensive experience leading IT /operations within a UK FCA regulated bank.
- Must have solid understanding of core IT operations
- General banking operations experience: payments, settlements etc.
- Ability and experience in leading IT operations teams within a banking environment
