ROLE SUMMARY: We're seeking a skilled and collaborative technologist to join our Technical Product Management team within LSEG Equity Capital Markets , supporting change initiatives for systems underpinning TRADEcho . This is a multifaceted opportunity at the intersection of business and technology, helping build the future of capital markets infrastructure! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Partner with business team members to craft scope and vision documents, and define product roadmaps!
- Produce, review, and sign off technical requirement specifications based on business needs.
- Document and understand business flows and platform architecture to assess technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business, sales, technology, and vendor teams.
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Track and manage technical debt and resolve end-of-life for software and infrastructure.
- Coordinate training for internal and external users to drive service adoption.
- Solve data patterns and algorithms deployed on the data lake; use BI tools to visualize data.
- Query operational and business data for insights.
- Build and maintain knowledge repositories.
- Provide second-line operational support.
- Support the full technology lifecycle of a service - including launch, change, and end-of-life.
- Experience working within software project lifecycles as a BA and/or agile product owner.
- Knowledge of BI tools and data analytics.
- Experience solving and writing data patterns/algorithms.
- Proven success in driving product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated with a passion for process improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a technology business analyst.
- Background in financial services or capital markets (ideally another exchange/venue, capital markets tech vendor, or trading firm).
- Familiarity with trade reporting, regulatory reporting, market data, OMS, industry standards, and capital markets regulations is preferable.
- Experience managing high-throughput, high-performance systems is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Communications Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
