Administrator
Are you an organised administrator looking for a long-term temporary opportunity where no two days are quite the same?
Our client is looking for a Temporary Administration professional to join their team in Altrincham. This is a varied Temporary Administration & Finance Support role, working across client services and finance, with additional responsibility for content scheduling and internal systems.
The assignment is expected to last around 12 months, with the possibility of moving onto a fixed term contract after approximately three months.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
You'll be supporting both the Client Services and Finance teams, helping to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up client sites within the CRM
- Raising quotes and orders
- Processing orders
- Chasing purchase orders
- Processing and sending invoices
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Providing general finance administration support
- Managing and updating information within internal systems
- Scheduling, removing and replacing approved content files on digital displays
- Following established processes and workflows accurately and efficiently
- You'll also receive training on the company's content management systems, so you don't need to have a creative or social media background for this role.

We're looking for an organised, methodical and reliable administrator who enjoys working with detail and following clear processes.
- You may have experience as an Administrator, Finance, Sales or Client Services Administrator, Order Processing Administrator, Accounts Administrator or Office Administrator.
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience processing data accurately
- A methodical approach to following processes and workflows
- Good communication skills and the confidence to chase information when required
- Experience with CRM or CMS systems would be advantageous
- Experience with website back-end systems, product catalogues or e-commerce would be beneficial
- Experience using finance or ERP systems such as Sage would be a bonus
- Most importantly, you'll be someone looking for a longer-term temporary assignment rather than a short-term placement.
What will you get in return for your work as an Administrator?
- £13.33-£13.85 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours, with options including 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6:00pm
- Hybrid working once initial training is complete
- Potential flexibility around school-hours working, subject to business requirements
- Approximately 12 months work
- Opportunity to potentially move onto a direct contract after around three months, subject to circumstances
- Full training provided on the company's content management systems and internal processes
