Project Administrator

Your role as a Project Administrator:
Working as part of a small, busy team, you will be carrying out a varied role. The role will be focused around ensuring a move from an existing to new database goes smoothly but will also involve a variety of project, marketing and sales department tasks. Duties will include:
- Data cleansing for migration to a new CRM, reviewing existing records to ensure the data transferred is accurate
- Reviewing incoming customer requests from the website and ensuring they are passed to the correct team
- Logging Customer Visit Reports including filing the documents against the customer accounts, creating contacts and logging any opportunities
- Updating information regarding projects in the Database in Salesforce
- Using CRM reports to liaise with several Teams to review and ensure info is accurate
- Reviewing projects to ensure they are up to date, using reports within the CRM, liaising with a several Teams to review and ensure records are up to date
- Ensuring dashboards are updated with the relevant information for the monthly meetings
- Following customers on LinkedIn to establish updates that might be useful including award announcements and new projects and sharing with relevant internal contacts
- Exporting quarterly reports into Excel for Marketing
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in an Administration role , ideally project admin, sales administration or a similar role
- Experience managing or co-ordinating data or information would be beneficial
- Experience working with CRM systems, possibly Salesforce or Dynamics
- An excellent attention to detail and a curious mind approach
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with proactive and reactive tasks
- Strong communication skills with people at all levels
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able for an immediate start and be able to commit to a 6 - 10 month contract
