Qualifications:

- Expertise in Collaborative Robot (Cobot) solutions and industrial automation.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and software development, including 3D CAD tools and programming languages.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organisational levels.
