Senior Network Engineer – Global Infrastructure (EMEA)

A leading global technology-driven company is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its advanced IT infrastructure team.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned engineer experienced in Cisco ISE , ACI , firewalls , VPNs , and Azure cloud networking . You'll take ownership of key projects across data centres, WAN/LAN architecture, and wireless networks, supporting a global enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary ISE administrator across a global network.
• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches & wireless networks.
• Plan and execute site surveys, cabling layouts, and wireless heat maps.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and incident escalation.
• Monitor network performance and recommend optimisations.
• Support internal teams via service desk, knowledge base, and process development.

✅ You Should Have ✅

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco/Meraki networking (including ACI and wireless).
• In-depth knowledge of ISE policy administration (required).
• Experience with Azure networking and VPN/firewall configurations.
• Desired: Python scripting , Cisco/Juniper certs, ITIL familiarity.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
