What You Will Do:
- Define the Product Vision and Backlog for your squad to drive the delivery of key propulsion features across multiple vehicle programmes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their priorities are reflected in the release while meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Act as the primary contact for the Scrum Delivery Team, providing clear prioritisation and decision-making support.
- Communicate product goals and maintain a prioritised backlog to maximise the squad's output and value.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across co-located and virtual teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Support the squad in resolving technical challenges and provide regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies and tools.
- A track record of delivering engineering or analytical projects with measurable success.
