What You Will Do:
- Design user interfaces for in-vehicle systems, ensuring they are intuitive and aligned with usability standards.
- Translate complex requirements into clear and testable interaction concepts using Figma and prototyping tools.
- Collaborate within an established Design System to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Partner with researchers and behavioural scientists to validate and refine interface concepts through real-world testing.
- Contribute to the evolution of the component library, proposing new elements to address current and future UX needs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and design reviews as an integral part of a cross-functional team.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience designing user interfaces through a human-centred design process, ideally in embedded systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design, including research, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto layout, and use of components and libraries.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with usability, accessibility, and user experience principles, ensuring designs meet industry standards.

The role is hybrid - Expected 3 days a week in the office in Gaydon. Once a quarter, there would be a requirement to be in the office in Gaydon for 3-4 days for a departmental planning event.
