Chief Information Security Officer CISO

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 Location: UK (Hybrid)

An organisation operating at enterprise scale is seeking a CISO to define and lead its cyber security strategy during a period of continued growth and increasing regulatory scrutiny.

This role carries full responsibility for cyber governance, risk management, and security operations. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that cyber risk is understood, measured, and managed appropriately, while also providing hands-on leadership during incidents and security events when required.

You’ll be expected to establish and maintain security frameworks aligned to recognised standards, oversee internal and third-party security capabilities, and act as the senior point of contact for audits, compliance, and assurance.

The successful candidate will be an experienced cyber security leader, comfortable operating at board level, with strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS, GDPR, and modern threat landscapes.
