VP Sales Enterprise, SaaS, £130k base, £185k OTE
Our client is a highly profitable, rapidly growing, PE backed, SaaS business which provides high quality services and advisory to large enterprise clients. This is a team leadership, player/coach role targeting FTSE 250 & multinational clients in the UK. The company has been trading for over 20 years, has 40,000 users, £20m in recurring revenues and currently has around 120 staff based in the City.
The role:
- Reporting to the CRO, lead & develop an Enterprise sales division to achieve ARR targets & consulting engagements
- Define & execute the Enterprise GTM strategy for new logo wins and client expansion
- Personally engage in strategic, high value opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to shape account based marketing strategies
The candidate:
- Highly experienced, intelligent Business Developer with a good understanding SaaS in the Enterprise B2B space
- A proven track record of B2B SaaS sales to Enterprise sized clients
- Gravitas to engage senior stakeholders at Board level
- Collaborative leadership style
The base salary for the role is £130,000 plus a £55,000 bonus. Benefits include pension, private health, life insurance and competitive parental policies.
