We're looking for a Performance & Reporting Manager who brings curiosity, clarity, and care to their work — someone who can help deliver smarter, more transparent programmes that truly make a difference.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic insight through performance analysis that supports planning, risk and assurance.
- Build and maintain a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) dashboard that enables confident, evidence-based decision making.
- Develop reporting mechanisms that support programme boards and delivery teams.
- Promote a performance-driven culture, embedding continuous improvement across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at every level, building trust and enabling better outcomes.
- A degree in business analytics, data science, information management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible insights.
