Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location: Mainly remote (work from home 4 days a week, 1 day a week in the office)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Are you passionate about creating great digital experiences? We're looking for a Customer & User Experience (CX/UX) Architect to join a friendly, forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation that is investing in improving its digital services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how customers interact with digital platforms while enjoying an excellent work-life balance with a 35-hour working week and mainly remote working.

What you'll be doing
  • Design simple, engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Understand customer needs through research and feedback.
  • Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Use UX, UI and design thinking techniques to improve websites and digital services.
  • Help embed customer-centred design across the organisation.
What we're looking for
  • Experience working in a CX and/or UX role.
  • Excellent skills in Graphic Design
  • Knowledge of UX research, customer journey mapping and design thinking.
  • Experience creating user-friendly interfaces (UI).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with websites, CMS or CRM platforms would be beneficial.
  • Relevant UX/CX qualification or certification is desirable.
