Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert-Revenue Operations
Our client is looking for a results-driven individual with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), customer segmentation, and R evenue Operations (RevOps). In this role, you’ll be responsible for using Marketing Cloud to help business development and marketing teams to get up and running and configured on the platform, and support the ongoing need to adapt and build data segments to feed into sales and marketing campaigns, but also to build out customer focused lead engagement model, lead journeys and conversion/retention processes.
This is a mainly remote role with 4 days working from home and 1 day being office based. 35 hour week. The salary for this role is £47,000-£52,000 dependent on experience plus discretionary bonus working for a fantastic not for profit!
What you’ll be doing as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert-Revenue Operations:
- Own the end-to-end development and optimisation of lead generation and conversion funnels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud(SFMC)
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to align efforts under RevOps best practices
- Configure and manage SFMC journeys, automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies
- Design and implement lead scoring models, segmentation logic, and persona-based targeting
- Conduct journey mapping and lead lifecycle analysis to improve conversion rates
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for stakeholders and leadership
- Guide Agile ceremonies and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and present solution roadmaps
- Manage and prioritise technical development streams, ensuring on-time and impactful delivery
- Ensure data quality, integration, and governance across platforms and touchpoints
- Support the implementation of mobile messaging strategies via SFMC Mobile Studio
What we’re looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert-Revenue Operations:
- Degree in Business, Digital Media, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience (3–5 years) as a Technical Product Owner or similar
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Administrator Certification
- 2+ years hands-on SFMC experience: automation, configuration, journey building, segmentation
- Experience working with large datasets, CDPs, and complex segmentation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to align Sales & Marketing to drive pipeline velocity and revenue
- Understanding of RevOps frameworks, lead management processes, and funnel optimisation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity
- Confident communicator with proven experience working across all levels of an organisation
- Agile mindset; able to lead or contribute to Agile/Scrum processes
