Programme Manager - Digital Twin

Job Description

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and manage a comprehensive program focused on developing 3D visualization workflows for a large, new urban city marketing initiative. This role will oversee multiple project streams—content and program management, digital design guidelines, technology infrastructure (pipeline development, data asset management, and web-based guideline services)—and ensure seamless coordination with the team managing film and CGI production. The ultimate goal is to build a robust Unreal Engine–based digital twin and supporting assets to drive ongoing marketing and media efforts.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of this multi-workstream programme, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment across all components
  • Work with the Production Director in the Middle East to define and maintain overall governance structures, reporting frameworks, and workflows to support and control delivery at scale and be a key conduit between the Regional team and the London and offshore delivery teams.
  • Shape programme direction in line with evolving business objectives, and respond to change without compromising delivery outcomes.
  • Lead & Support Project Managers/Producers across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure accurate and proactive reporting to the Production Director and Journey leadership

Operational Management

  • Own programme resource planning, financial oversight, and budget tracking across internal teams and external vendors, and support the Production Director in creating an accurate view of the entire programme.
  • Ensure delivery teams are operating within robust and scalable workflows, adapting as the programme evolves.
  • Champion structured project governance and recommend process improvements to support sustained delivery.
  • Work with the Project leadership to identify, implement, and improve the tools and processes used to manage work and assets.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as a contact point for client leadership, internal stakeholders, and external delivery partners on programme streams.
  • Provide visibility and clarity around risk, progress, scope, and dependencies across key programme streams.
  • Ensure expectations are well managed and delivery remains focused on long-term value and user impact.

What We’re Looking For:

Program Management Expertise

  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-project programs within the 3D visualization, gaming, VFX, or related technology sectors.

3D Production Knowledge

  • Familiarity with 3D production pipelines, real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine), data asset management, and content creation workflows.

Media & Marketing Background

  • Understanding of marketing and media production processes (film, CGI, interactive content), ideally within an urban development or architectural context.

Technical Aptitude

  • Proven ability to oversee technical teams and ensure alignment between design, technology, and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams (designers, technical developers, producers, project managers) and partner with multiple stakeholders.

Financial & Contract Management

  • Experience in handling large budgets and complex vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and third-party management.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Exceptional communication skills to convey strategic plans, requirements, and technical concepts across varying levels of the organization.

Why This Role?

  • As Programme Manager, you’ll work with the Production Director and Delivery leads to shape and manage the overall Programme of an innovative project
  • Work at the Crossroads of Digital and Delivery – Combine product thinking, operational rigor, and stakeholder leadership.
  • The opportunity to contribute to a growing team, influencing how large scale projects are managed by the business
