Role: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Intelligence Developer to design and build the

reporting and analytics infrastructure that powers data-driven decisions

at Joveo. You will own the data models, dashboards, and self-service

analytics tools that give stakeholders real-time visibility into what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop semantic data models, data marts, and dimensional schemas

- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau

- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines that feed the reporting layer

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reporting surfaces

- Document data definitions, metrics logic, and dashboard usage guides

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)

- Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

- Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools for the modern data stack

- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)

- Understanding of data governance, lineage, and metric consistency

- Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs
