Role: UX Researcher
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a UX Researcher to build the foundation of user understanding
at Joveo. You will run studies, surface insights, and ensure that the
voices of job seekers and hiring professionals shape every product decision
we make — from early concept to post-launch evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies
- Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations
- Build and maintain a user insights repository accessible to product and design teams
- Collaborate with designers and PMs to integrate research into the product process
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders clearly and compellingly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research
- Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, or similar)
- Ability to design rigorous research studies with appropriate methodologies
- Experience with survey design and quantitative analysis of user behavior data
- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills — turning raw data into clear insights
- Ability to influence product decisions through evidence-based recommendations
