Cyber Security Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, remote-first team delivering innovative and high-impact technical security solutions across government, defense, and private sectors.

DAY TO DAY:

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you'll lead and support technical delivery across a range of advisory and assessment projects. This includes conducting penetration testing oversight, delivering cyber training, and contributing to innovative technical security programmes.

• Deliver and lead technical assessments and vulnerability testing projects
• Provide technical training to government and commercial clients (UK and international)
• Support or deputise for the Head of Cyber Operations
• Assist with security solution development for commercial clients
• Participate in business development, including client meetings and bid writing

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• A background in cyber security within government or defence
• A well-rounded technical skillset – you understand penetration testing essentials, even if you’re not the one executing them
• Experience delivering consultancy and technical training
• Strong written communication skills – able to draft concise, high-quality client documentation
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask across complex projects
• A proactive attitude toward learning, collaboration, and personal development
