Senior Project Manager
6 months (extension possible)
Hybrid London or Coventry (primarily WFH with occasional travel)
Inside IR35

Important Notes Regarding Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in delivering cost efficiency projects within the Public Sector (e.g., re-orientation of functions, consolidation, centralization, etc.).
- Experience in delivering Operating Model (Op Model) work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing change resistance, engaging with stakeholders on related work, addressing sensitivities, etc.
- Agile experience, specifically in taking an iterative approach to delivery (the program is delivered in 3-month tranches).
- Experience in people-focused projects (non-technical), such as HR, Learning & Development (L&D), etc.
- Experience in cost-saving projects (e.g., mergers, redundancies, consolidations).

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of one or more priority work areas within the Organisational Blueprint program.
- Flexibility to work across different areas as required to meet business needs.
- Leading and managing project(s) on a day-to-day basis.
- Driving and overseeing project delivery to ensure clear objectives are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Playing a key role in project governance and working with stakeholders to ensure agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits realization.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant professional qualifications such as a recognized Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Practitioner level certification (e.g., APM Chartered Project Professional, PRINCE2 Practitioner/Agile).
- Demonstrable depth and breadth of experience in leading and delivering medium complexity business change projects.
