Our client is seeking a BA/Solutions Designer to join its small team.

The role will work alongside the development and product teams, supporting both external clients and internal teams, creating clear implementable solutions from concepts.

The role is hybrid, but with occasional trips to the offices in SE England.

Excellent interpersonal skills expected,

Experience in financial sector (financial software, trading, banking, insurance) would be advantageous.

The role would suit someone mid to senior level - salary to £60K plus great Bens

The ideal candidate would be happy working on creating specs, writing documentation, UX/UI user flows, be comfortable with client-facing work and have a positive can-do attitude.

BCS in BA and any PSPO certification useful
