Our client has created a brand new permanent role within its SaaS business for an Operations Director.
Leading a team of 4 direct reports and 30 staff in total, the ideal person will have experience across:
- Customer Success
- Business Transformation
- Change Management
- The end-to-end customer journey
- AI usage across customer support
- Data Security
- Operations Delivery
This new role is part of an 18 to 36-month business transformation to improve the customer journey on the use of its product.
What will the successful candidate look like?
Experienced in Operations Management
Good people-centric skills
Technically aware of working in SaaS
Strong customer success and relationship management skills
Able to bring people to a business/change/transformation
Success in doing the above.
Positivity and motivation
The role is permanent only, and you must be UK-based (ideally Southern England, Midlands area).
