Product Manager

Our client is seeking to hire a Product Manager for a home-based position.

The company is expanding its Product/ Business Analysis team due to continued business growth.

• No sponsorship or visa transfer support on offer.
• The role is home-based in the UK but with occasional trips to London.
• Candidates must have 5 years of UK work experience due to financial / DBS checks.

The ideal candidate profile will have:

• A background in the financial sector (banking, trading, financial software)
• Be an experienced Senior/ Lead Business Analyst who has moved into a Product Owner / Product Manager role.
• BCS in Business Analysis/ PSPO certification
• Excellent customer-facing skills (as you will liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver projects)
• Ability to take control and to manage product projects through to delivery
• Good understanding of UX, User Story writing experience
• Be flexible and adaptable with duties

The role is broad, as you will be joining a small team that delivers quality-focused products.
