Senior Business Analyst

We have a new permanent opportunity for a capable Senior Business Analyst/ Product Manager/ Product Owner with a background in IT/ Technology/ Software Development to help our client to improve and deliver their product, offering and customer experience!

Duties will include:

• Client/relationship management
• Requirements gathering & functional spec creation
• Create User Stories
• Project work
• Liaise with software development teams to deliver enhancements
• Ensure customer satisfaction

A commercial mindset would be advantageous, alongside a good understanding of software development, Agile, and APIs.

The role offers the opportunity to determine processes and procedures and help grow a product team within a successful global technology company.

This can be hybrid/remote from the UK but with an expectation of occasional visits to offices in Kent.
