About
This is Brand new permanent role just opened up based in West Kent.
This is an office based role, so candidates must live within an easy commute of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood or the Sevenoaks area.
The overall purpose of the job involves supporting users around internal software solutions.
This is a full 360 degree role and your duties will include everything from
- Troubleshooting
- User support
- Training
- Testing of updates
- Documentation
- User guide production
About the right candidate:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills are essential.
- This is not a full blown IT Support Role but a Systems Support Role.
