Systems Support, Product Support, Troubleshooting, Documentation, User Support, Testing.
Our client has a new permanent, office-based opportunity. The outline of the role will be to provide systems/user support, troubleshooting, testing and documentation around their IT systems. This is very much working across IT systems and the business, engaging with both technical and non-technical staff.
What We're Looking For
- Organised and methodical
- Comfortable supporting users and explaining things clearly via email, over the phone and face to face
- Good at troubleshooting and working through problems to completion
- Strong at producing clear written guidance and documentation
- Practical and patient in helping others use systems
- Able to build strong relationships across the business
