Technical Support
We are seeking an After-Sales Technical Support Technician for a position in Tonbridge, Kent.
Our client is seeking a unique individual to join its expanding IT and office support team.
Based near Tonbridge, with a requirement to be in the office 5 days a week for an initial period.
This role requires someone with a solid technical understanding of Office 365, Hardware, Software, and operating systems, as well as the ability to comfortably liaise with customers to ensure the delivery of new technology, answer invoice queries, work with suppliers, and more.
This role requires a versatile individual who is happy with a non-technical role.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), be a licensed driver (full UK licence), and be comfortable providing customers with after-sales support and care.
After Sales, Office 365, Microsoft, Software, Hardware, Windows, Laptops, Networks, PCs, CRM, AD.
