As a Founding Sales Associate , you’ll join a startup at a critical stage, working directly with the founder and early team to build the first sales motion from the ground up . What you’ll do:
While the exact role varies by startup, Founding Sales Associate responsibilities typically include:
- Build and own early revenue: prospecting, outreach, qualification, and follow-ups across the full top of the funnel.
- Work directly with the founder to shape messaging, ICPs, pricing assumptions, and early sales playbooks.
- Execute daily while building systems — learning from calls and deals to help create repeatable sales processes and CRM workflows.
- Experiment, learn fast, and adapt — there are no rigid playbooks; your ideas will directly influence how sales is done.
- Play a core role in a startup’s growth, where every new lead, deal, and repeat customer genuinely matters.
- Grow into more senior roles as the company scales.
Is this you?
We’re looking for people who:
- Have 2–4 years of sales experience in tech/startups.
- Are motivated by exceeding targets & can demonstrate how you’ve done this before.
- Are confident speaking with decision-makers and can build rapport quickly.
- Are highly ambitious & looking for a career that gives you real ownership.
Extra points if you’ve:
- Worked in a startup or high-growth environment before.
- Have side hustles, projects or other achievements that show your drive.

- Average base salaries: £40–80K OTE (depending on startup & role seniority).
- Startups: Seed to Series A, with ~50% of roles not advertised elsewhere.
