This role is part maternity cover for our Head of Customer Success, covering the day to day Customer Success and Account Management responsibilities.
You will need to hit the ground running. The focus is on maintaining momentum and ensuring customers continue to receive the level of service they expect from Jumptech.
The Role
You will own customer success across our enterprise customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing relationships and growth with enterprise customers, who operate in high pressure environments with strict contractual requirements
- Proactively identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to help achieve their goals and drive MRR
- Acting as the escalation point for critical incidents and high risk customer issues
- Working closely with Product, Sales and Implementation to surface patterns, risks and improvement opportunities
- Using data, reporting and system insight to proactively identify issues before they impact customers
- Driving product activation and adoption by leading onboarding and training for new enterprise customers, with a deep product knowledge
- Owning and delivering on agreed customer success KPIs and objectives (growth focused)
- Protecting and strengthening the operational foundations Holly has built with customers
About you
This role is suitable for someone with deep experience in the green energy sector and enterprise SaaS environments.
You have
- Experience owning enterprise SaaS accounts as a CSM or Account Manager
- Direct experience working within the green energy ecosystem such as EV charging, energy suppliers, OEMs, charge point manufacturers or installer networks
- A strong understanding of enterprise customers, complex stakeholder environments and demanding service expectations
- Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams in agile environments
- Strong judgement under pressure and the ability to make calm decisions when things go wrong
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in clear everyday language
- A pragmatic, organised and delivery focused approach
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot
Nice to have: experience using Pendo and Tableau (or similar platforms)

Salary: £70k+
