This is a key role within the Business Intelligence & Systems team, supporting the firm's ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives.?? About the Role:You'll work closely with legal and support teams to analyse workflows, identify improvements, and help deliver technology solutions tailored to legal practice needs.?? Key Responsibilities:Work with legal teams to review current systems and processesIdentify areas for efficiency and improvementProduce business cases and detailed requirementsSupport delivery and rollout of legal tech systemsAssist with testing, training, and adoptionContribute to best practices in legal business analysis? Key Skills & Experience:Business Analyst experience within a legal firm is essentialStrong communication and stakeholder engagementExperience with legal systems like IntApp, Elite 3E, iManageComfortable working across both legal and IT teams Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented, organised, and proactiveConfident juggling multiple projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills?
